Saving the World, One Flush at a Time

avatar

A sign is located at the Seatac Airport outside of Seattle, Washington. It let me know all the toilet flushes operate on rainwater. It's a renewable resource.

I enjoy seeing this, and believe we need more green techology.

The average toilet flush is 0.8 gallons. On average, Seatac airport has 136,000 visitors per day. This toilet system can save up to 108,000 gallons of water daily assuming each visitor uses a toilet on their visit.

Think about it. It's a great thing.
