Is there any way to donate after buying all the badges? Or is there a way to increase the level of a badge you already bought? I'm hopefully going to be able to continuously donate to the project, so I want to know if there's a way to do so.

You can freely donate any amount to @hivebuzz-ua.
We did not implement a way to increase the level of badges. It looks like a good idea, but we hadn't any demand for it. Should more buyers ask for it, we will consider adding the feature.
