Google has been developing its autonomous driving technology for a long time, with the objective of establishing itself as a provider of autonomous transport software, and offering its technology to third-party manufacturers.

For almost two years, Waymo autonomous taxis have been tested in the US city of Phoenix, and Google has announced that very soon their cars will be able to do without human supervision.
