What is Tron?

Such a kindergarten I see today on this platform and hardly anybody knows (although they are grumbling) what Tron actually is or does.
So, who is this Tron now?

Tron (TRX) is a decentralized, blockchain-based crypto currency of the Tron Foundation. It is basically an Ethereum-based ERC-20 token, which was migrated to a separate blockchain on June 25, 2018 (Token Swap).

TRON has its cryptonic headquarters according to the Internet in Singapore and America and was founded in September 2017 by CEO Justin Sun.
In December 2017, Justin Sun announced on Twitter that quite well-known developers of the Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba.com have even joined TRON. In January 2018 a cooperation with oBike and with Game.com followed, which shows that Mr. Sun is at least more active than Ned was before and in terms of business what is progressing instead of stagnating.

So far TRON seems to be one of the most common blockchains. Which is probably because they have managed to support the entertainment industry and content creators. There are more dapps and games being created on this network, and over time, it seems that almost all block chain games will be based on TRON. So, gamers, should have your interest, right?

The Tron games are even a good way to earn TRX for free.
What kind of games are there?

aftermath island

Aftermath Island is a strategic role playing game based on the TRON network.
The players implement decisions on the islands of the game. You have the option to acquire resources and search for junks. It is important to know that all useful items collected during the game are traded with other players and can be returned to the source.
The game can be found on the official website aftermathislands.com.

CropBytes

CropBytes is a digital farming game based on TRON, which has become a big hit. Grow crops, buy land, improve buildings, breed animals etc. Currently the Android and iOS version of the game is available, but the dpp is still in development.
More info at cropbytes.com.

Magic Academy

Magic Academy, which is based on the TRON block chain, is one of the latest games to be added to the TRON network. Players can buy wizards and win rounds to get many Jades. Since the game is based on TRON, TRC20 and TRC-721 are the main components of the game.
tron.magicacademy.io is the official website of the Magic Academy.

Eggies World

Eggies World is one of the first crypto-currency collecting games in the TRON network. You can feed and breed eggs in the Eggies World game on the TRON network. It is important to know that the game allows for player rewards, where players in the game receive rewards depending on EXP.
There is also a tile feeding feature in the game where each monster has the ability to eat any TRON-based tile on the market. It is also important to note that each token has either a positive or negative effect on a player's current monster stats.

Eggies World also has its own economy called EGG. TRON's SeedGerminator project supports the game and the EGG. Check out the official website eggies.world for this.

These games are considered to be the best games on the Tron block chain to date that can be played and besides the great pleasure of earning some free TRX. Of course there is much more in the TRON network.

The blockchain run by Sun is very much in vogue among developers because their network is fast and can support numerous dapps efficiently. TRON is considered a futuristic company, and you shouldn't be surprised if almost every dapp game you see online will soon be built on the TRON network.

for what is Tron good now? Not everyone is a gamer

Let's eliminate the middle man.
Using the power of block chain and peer-to-peer (P2P) networking technology, Tron seeks to bridge the gap between content creators and content consumers by eliminating the middleman. The result is an overall cost reduction for the consumer and improved collection through direct revenue for the content producer, which can provide a win-win situation. Do we all want to, or do we not?

Let's take an everyday example like Netflix, which is a digital entertainment service that provides on-demand content. Netflix is the only organization that controls this service in a centralized manner. Now we want it decentralized, what next?
You have to be a Netflix customer and pay to watch a particular movie or series, possibly produced by a group of budding enthusiasts who host it on the Netflix platform. From the fee charged to the customer, Netflix takes a percentage of the fee for hosting the movie on its platform and pays the rest to the producers. Often the lion's share is taken by the middleman, in my example Netflix.

Tron replicates this business model on a public blockchain (network) and acts as a distributed, decentralized storage facility, making it more efficient and cost-effective. Tron aims to eliminate the middleman, like Netflix in the example above, by allowing anyone and everyone to host digital entertainment content on its block-chain-based network.
As in itself, Steemit is such a platform. The global audience can pay content creators directly for access to the content. Which is why it makes sense to cooperate with Steemit or to take over.

Tron, with its open, decentralized platform and distributed storage technology, is also trying to solve an important problem, decentralization, to create a level playing field. Best without witness people in the future please. Note in the margin.

So where is the problem or the criticism on Steemit? Users who have invested a lot of money are afraid of losing their money, which is why a handful of Witness seemingly set out on their own to harm Justin Sun. That even without the consent of the community what is really fucked up and a total No Go. It's not a Robin Hood behaviour nor does it make any sense, such behaviour is just damaging and shows that few are able to play God and freeze accounts.

Critical and justified comment from @greece-lover
https://steemit.com/hive-148983/@greece-lover/how-to-the-tron-foundation-try-to-blackmail-the-tron-foundation

First of all, it would make sense to sign a smart contract with Justin Sun, which guarantees that the wallet balance will be converted correctly if and when you do this to TRX. Also, it should be contractually agreed that the voting system we use will either remain the same or be improved.
But I just wanted to give a little insight into what Tron has done so far, compared to a Ned. And why it makes sense, you want to get ahead or not? Instead of just whining or pretending.

Tron and music

On this block chain technology a decentralized music platform also comes to light.

This music platform is uncensored and as mentioned decentralized.
So, not only grumble and rebel, but also consider the positive effect of a possibility.

Very powerful! Many thanks for the many inspiring words and especially for the references to concrete applications. I got to know TRON last year when Steem Monsters integrated it. I really, really liked the way Germinator worked for funding. But that doesn't mean that everything will be brought over right away. Both obviously have their charms! !invest_vote
