Quite true. In our bodies, the sugars and meats turn our bodies into an acidic environment that promotes inflammation and health issues. Some of the sickest peoples have ph levels that are tipped heavier in the acidic realm than the basic. The beauty of that is although it is good to eat lots of acidic (external, turns basic in our bodies) foods like vinegars and others, a body that is too much to the basic side of the range is equally as troubling for health. That good neutral ph range is what we can strive for but it is indeed challenging to achieve, especially because cake tastes so good! 🤣

everyone needs to work more on self control i agree, it will lead to a more balanced life.
Self control is important but very hard for many people. There is a lot of money spent on psychological manipulation of people to crave and buy the bad things. I learned how much of a science just placement of food on shelves it is at a grocery store for these companies, it’s crazy. The colors of the packages, of the foods, it all goes into play when they want someone to buy something.

Yeah and especially because the access to the cheap foods like sweets and cakes is much more prominent than it is for vegetables. Around the whole grocery store there’s all kinds of sugary foods and drinks but often there is one section dedicated to fruits and vegetables. They also don’t taste as good of course but once you build up some willpower you can overcome the cravings.
Yes this is true. I am a science student and I must say that I have great interest in chemistry and biology. High pH in ecosystem can be toxic to living organisms. For instance, the sea. We know very well that sea taste salty and some organisms can't live in such environment because of inability to maintain there internal body system. That's why common fishes are being found in fresh water 😁.... Smile let me stop here 😂
