Introduction

Kundalini and chakra is an age old thing.
Going deep in those Hinduism and Buddhism text related to meditation you will find ellaboration of so many circumstances and visions that prove that you are now mastering this technique.
But can this be proved under scientific laboratory?

Now the most common misconceptions of yours is no.
But in reality it can be proved. Those who can't prove that, stay away from them.They are fooling you! They are just experiencing a mind mirage and nothing more.

Why you can't see those chakra?

Your body is made up of multiple mechanics and different bodies.
At one time it is a biological specimen while the another aspect it is physics circuit connected by nerves.
Chakra resides in veins as a micro energetic circuit. Two things is there it is small and the another it is energetically build in such a way that makes our technology insufficient to speculate.
There are seven chakra inside them lies the Tatwa that is Earth, water, fire, Air, Space. These all Tatwa can provide human super powers based on their abilities to connect body with the nature and utilizing this to make one fly, walk on lake, teleportation etc.
Veins are small, chakra is even microscopic in its comparison and tatwa resides inside them.
Soul is even more smaller!

It is being told that these miraculous information and abilities are present in every human body in Susmana nari and to open this gateway human need to start his susmana nari or veins passing from your body vertically and median position.
It is the place from where Kundalini start moving upwards.

How to know your susmana started or not?

When your both nostril works together then it's your susmana working.
It happens for a very small time fraction in every human but you can't confirm it because you remains unaware and to increase this you need meditation i.e thoughtless awareness.

Sometimes it fell that your both nostrils are working together but that's the false sensation.

For this post I will not go deep about Pran and Apan Bayu concept.

So, now once your susmana starts you will feel extreme joy like sensation at your heart. This will happen rhythmically.
At this point your heart beat can go for laboratory test.
Soon after that your posture, back side of your chest will undergo a bit elevation to adjust your new adaptation and yes your sleeps will be gone because this energy won't let you sleep.

You will see a white energy moving like a current from bottom to head but now you won't say this an illusion any more!
This is a true starting symptom , so it's a body science not a religious beliefs.
