The Wonder of the Solfeggios

There have many changes in my wife and I’s life this past year. Some of those have been healthier family relationships, a healthier marriage, and a healthier mental state. Along the lines of that last item, there has been a tool we added to our arsenal, and those are the healing Solfeggio frequencies.

Since my wife and I are working dutifully towards creating a world class health center, healing tools such as Solfeggio are important to us.

So, how do we use this healing tool? During the day, I’ll listen to the entire range of Solfeggio over an hours time. Generally it is during my reading time or even while I state my confessions for the day. Much like prayer or meditation, it is a piece of my daily habits that contribute to a better mental state.

Has it worked? Yes. My dad and I have not had the best friendship since I was wee little guy. While I understood some of the motivations for why - he lost his dad at the age of 17 - our conversations did not seem to track to a point where we could mesh our different personalities and prosper.

Over this Christmas holiday, my dad and I talked a lot, and though Solfeggio is not the only reason I chose healing from a lot of subconscious barriers, I believe it helped immensely. I rarely see my dad cry, and the two of us were in tears multiple times as we chatted and laid our history down in order to move on. There is something special that happens when you listen to Solfeggio, and I was able to relay that transformation to my father.

If you want to ignore the conspiracy side of this video that is fine. Not all of us are there. This video does have the best summation of how important the Solfeggio frequencies are and that is why I share it. Besides, I know the results it has created in my life, and that is worth it.
