Oh yeah, that match trick is gold. My buddy who owns a handyman business taught me how to do that with toothpicks and I have been using that trick ever since. Great stuff. I haven't really heard about the documentary, but maybe my wife and I will have to give it a watch at some point. Your chili sounds fantastic. I'd probably put it over a hotdog instead of noodles, but that makes sense since I am from Michigan, home of the coney dog! I have been wanting to make some steak chili for a while. I am the only one who would eat it in my house...

I felt such a sense of accomplishment when that match trick worked! Lol. This stuff was made to go over hotdogs. I’ll probably do that when I make another batch. I had no idea Michigan was the home of the coney dog! Were they invented in Detroit?
Actually Flint I think believe it or not. It is probably a highly debated issue between states and cities.
