LEGO Electric Cargo Plane - a concept model I built last week

I recently returned to Lego after a 30-year break. This is my second build of my Lego renaissance, mainly inspired by the fact that the second-hand Lego I got featured an absurd number of car-windscreens. These became the airport terminal building in the background.

I’m trying to build things that my inner-child wants to create. This model imagines a future where short-haul domestic cargo flights are made by electric plane.

As soon as we get better batteries
or light weight free energy devices
or a Tesla tower or two we will see all kinds of electric aircraft.

However, we will see weightless objects first.
This will revolutionize how we build cars / planes.

and most things will be delivered by single rail automated trains to small communities dotted all over the map.

After that, we use teleportation.

The lighting effect behind that looks absolutely fantastic. Well done.

Thanks! Just a desk lamp. I hope to figure out a more interesting lighting set-up soon. Maybe with LEDs.
