Mukhadaah atau tipu-menipu di sini muncul dari satu pihak, jadi bukan berarti berserikat di antara dua belah pihak. Contoh yang lainnya muaqabatul lish yang berarti menghukum pencuri. Menyebutkan Allah di sana hanya merupakan salah satu dari gaya bahasa saja. Menurut suatu qiraat tidak tercantum 'wamaa yasyuruuna' tetapi 'wamaa yakhdauuna', artinya 'tetapi mereka tidak berhasil menipu
