Last year in April 2018 Russian government ask telegram to share the encryption Key of messages saying that telegram use by terrorist for communication. telegram refused that saying that we can not compromise privacy of our user. Telegram would prefer to shut down it's operation in Russia Rather than disclosing the encryption key. This spirit of telegram impress me lot since then I am using telegram and also recommending every one to use it.
Telegram is most popular among crypto lover to get latest news about their favourite cryptocurrency. if you have not join any your favourite crypto group over telegram then join. you will get lots of update which will help you to get better trading signal.
In general crypto group over telegram have huge member where individual message not get much recognition because other active member post continuously. To get rid out of this problem telegram given u Authority to group admin to activate slow mode, once activation of slow mode on telegram group every telegram member will only be able to send message on certain interval.
Slow Mode for group chat over telegram will give equal importance to all group member. Once a user post a message in group have to wait for certain time to send next message.
