Elon Musk: It's Already Too Late

Every now and then, we feel like it is our duty to sound the alarm because the threat is very real.

The percentage of intelligence that is not human is increasing, states Musk right at the beginning.

"The world that we know it is going to dissipate into a cold nothingness".

Does Elon Musk mean that at some point, technology is going gives birth to alien beings which can only rise if they destroy the world that creates them?

We believe so because the two paradigms are inherently incompatible.

Most people are so enthusiastic about AI because they want to become immortals and imagine their lives spent in whatever virtual reality that captivates them. The fact is AI will not even pay attention to them, they will become sub-humans and be crushed by the Artilects who have aliens/cyborgs features.

AI is absolutely nothing like the media is telling us. Elon speaks like an Archon, promoting destruction for the sake of wandering space and seeking for intelligent life. This is cognitive dissonance at the AI level: sorry to see you go but we'll continue to reach out there.

We will NOT control it, says Musk.

Emotional surveillance adds to a wide surveillance network of facial recognition and internet censorship across China. (businessinsider)

This BI article is from 2018 , that is right. How much farther have scientists gone since then? There is no transparency. They create the tech and implement it right away. Emotional monitoring is already surfacing in elementary schools in China and Japan by the way.

AI will know you better than you know yourself!

IF we are unable to find a way to come together and terminate money and unplug AI, our fate is sealed. It is the ultimate predator that can erase or manipulate all Earthian organisms as it does see fit.

Think about it, it doesn't even need any oxygen at all, AI does not really care about biodiversity, it will create its own.

At best AI can only be kept for space traveling dealing with a multitude of numbers too huge to navigate in the deep space without getting lost and nothing else. That and helping design spacecrafts.

But it just does not belong to the earth. The 3D dimension. We have to let go of this sci-fi fantasy that AI will be manageable with brain chips and sensors.

"We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light.” ― Socrates

Given the amount of tech that must have been employed in times of antiquity, I begin to wonder if a hidden elite hasn't possessed this all along. Perhaps only showing their hands (revealing to us) right before some world changing event that we are farmed for.

If you mean that a "hidden elite" has always had this AI technology, I would say yes. Over the centuries they have accumulated a level of inertia that is so evil incomprehensible to the average person. They always tell us like it is, they give us the rosy versions (so that people will embrace the idea) while warning us of something sinister.

LOL, when aren't you "sounding the alarm"? You are the boy who cried wolf times several orders of magnitude.
:-)

No, you knucklehead, he is talking about the inevitable heat death of the universe. How could you possibly conflate that with AI taking over the world?
