Self-discipline is a part of me

The process of training oneself to obey a particular rule and order.
The practice of training oneself to consistently, follow a particular traits to great achievement.

We all know self-discipline is important in our daily lives and this has helped me to achieve great results.
From waking up in the morning saying my prayers, going to the kitchen to fix the meal for the day and many other acts. I could decide to go to bed late and wake up very late, instead of fixing a meal for my family I buy food or I give them junks which could be harmful because I don't know the source of production or the unhealthy environment it was made. But the practice of training myself to consistently follow this particular trait to great achievement, I do the right and basic things.
As a blogger on hive blockchain, I must follow the rules of a particular topic to avoid the penalties that come with it.
As a staff of an organisation, there are lay down rules and regulations, to avoid query and dismissal, self-discipline is required.

Giving birth comes with a lot of weight gain and I had to struggle with it over the year. This has been my greatest challenge of self-discipline.
Before I got married I was a size 8 and I weigh 55kg but getting pregnant I had no control over food and sweet juice this made me gain a lot of weight and my baby was 4kg at birth.
I struggled with this for all my kids and with every pregnancy, additional weight is added to me.
February 2022, I went to the hospital for some medical care and I was asked to check my weight BOOM 71KG I Laughed and told the nurse it's like your scale is not working and she laughed back and said politely "madam please come down from the scale" that's your weight. I knew I added some flesh, but I never knew I had passed 70kg. This new weight awareness became my worst nightmare. "Gaining weight is easy, but to lose weight is very difficult" the only solution, was to apply self-disciple to achieve my desired results.
Weekend exercise did not help, and small portions of food still did not help rather the ulcer I had years ago, I started to spring up with stomach pain. In March 2022 my weight was

73.00kg. Please don't cry for me because this was a death sentence.
SOLUTION
*No food till noon and I eat one heavy food for lunch,
*No food made of flour for me, for this was the virus that made me gain a lot of weight.
*Garden egg and groundnut, soup made of Garden egg leaf is one of the things I take when I come across it. it helps the digestion process for me and makes me empty my bowels in the morning. This makes me feel very light, dinner at 6 pm and that's all I take till the next day.
*Cucumber and ground nuts I also take at night.
I make the food my family eats but I don't eat till when I have to, that's self-discipline for me.

July 2022 weight 68kg it could only be self-discipline to achieve this result.
It's part of my lifestyle and it affects everything I do.
Self-discipline is a win-win for me.
