Well, cannabinoids are substances produced by animals and plants! In the case of us humans, we have endocannabinoids. Our body produces a channel for receiving these substances produced by ourselves, but which can receive external cannabinoids, in this case, the phytocannabinoids present in cannabis. All cannabinoids from plants are then classified as "phyto" because they are native to the plant kingdom. But its connections are PERFECT with our cannabinoid receptors.

Of the receptors in our body, the most famous and studied are the CB1 and CB2 receptors. Through these receptors come all the benefits, both neurological and physical (and of course, depending on the abuse, the collaterals). These receptors are in the whole body, not something "in the brain". They regulate mood, sleep, hunger, attention, etc. So, in summary:
By using external cannabinoids we are "supplementing" our "endocannabinoids", which will even be a theme for the future as well!

Eu não tenho nada a perder em pesquisar sobre cada um deles e trazer aqui pra vocês, sem compromisso, esse conteúdo. Será um aprendizado para mim e para vocês. Conforme eu tiver oportunidade, aprofundarei-me mais em alguns (que isoladamente já merecem uma sequência de posts só para eles). Vou tentar fugir do óbvio e não começarei o conteúdo pelo CBD, mas ainda não sei qual será o escolhido. Se alguém aí tiver alguma sugestão, eu aceito!

Bom, canabinoides são substâncias produzidas por animais e por plantas! No caso de nós humanos, temos os endocanabinoides. Nosso corpo produz um canal de receptação dessas substâncias produzidas por nós mesmos, mas que podem receber canabinoides externos, no caso, os fitocanabinoides presentes na cannabis. Todos os canabinoides das plantas então são classificados como "fito" por serem naturais do reino vegetal. Mas suas ligações são PERFEITAS com os nossos receptores de canabinoides.

Dos receptores de nosso corpo, os mais famosos e já estudados são os receptores CB1 e CB2. Através destes receptores é que entram todos os benefícios tanto neurológicos como físicos (e claro, dependendo do abuso, os colaterais). Esses receptores estão no corpo inteiro, não é algo "no cérebro". Regulam humor, sono, fome, atenção, etc. Então, em resumo:
Ao utilizar canabinoides externos estamos "suplementando" os nossos "endocanabinoides", que inclusive serão um tema para o futuro também!
