Hookworm is not something to joke with. I was hoping there will be some recommendations for common men like us that purchase vegetable from the market.

Yeah sure, the most recommended has always been to avoid the use of human excreta for farming, Furthermore wearing protective boots to farm goes a long way to prevent the penetration of the Filariform larvae of hookworm.
Above all, Washing vegetables adequately will to some extent help. Even though this doesn't guarantee a Parasite-free vegetable.
All this will be discussed in the sequel post.
