PHOTOGRAPHY AND TECHNOLOGY

Hello hivers, this post is basically on photography in relation with technology embedded in it in today's world. Before we proceed, it is essential to know what photography is as well as technology.
Photography is the art of creating durable images through the use of light. Just like water is important to humans, light is also important to photography. Technology is the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes.

The first camera used by human race was the camera Obscura usually used by the Greece and China. Images made by these camera could not be saved. Then, the first permanent photograph was made by Joseph Nicephore in 1826.
As it goes by day-by-day, there is advancement in camera sector which gives rise to Single Lens Reflex Cameras, Twin Lens Reflex Cameras, and so on.
In 1950s, Canon, Nikon, Pentax and Yashica Cameras entered the market of professional cameras and competition begins as each of the companies come up with new technologies.
A camera was later designed that can processed and print photo instantly.

There was a time when a camera that uses film was also produced.

MODERN PHOTOGRAPHY
Nowadays, photography has gone beyond taking pictures only. The instruments used has contributed greatly to the success of modern photography through the outbreak of technology. There are now more instruments used now compared to when only camera is used for photography.

Few of the important instrument used in photography is speed light and reflector. The speed light is very important in photo shoot as it gives external light to the object being snapped. The reflector is used with the speed light, it helps is bouncing the light coming from the speed light back to the object being snapped.

Flight drone is also used by cinematographers to get a work worthy of accolade.

The flight drone is operated by the cinematographer on land while the drone is flown on the air to capture events from the atmosphere. The cinematographer will see everything captured by the camera fixed to the drone.

It is also important for us to know that pictures taken by camera are now edited to give a befitting image using laptop. Some photographers use Photoshop, Lightroom and other editing applications on computer.

At a point in the world of technology, Companies that produce phone started adding camera to their phones. People love it since they can see themselves not minding that they only get a blur picture. As time goes on, they also improved on the MP of their camera which gives a clearer image.

One of the common phone that gives good images both video and images is Android phones and iPhone. It is no longer a new that we can edit pictures on phone through application like Photoshop Express.
As the goes day to day, technology improves and we have to update ourselves with latest update.

CONCLUSION
If we look back at the way things are in the past centuries, its not the way it is today. Technology has paved way for improvement in almost all sectors and we are also improving as well. From the era where camera can't safe images to the era of film and now we are in a digital world where we can take, save, edit and do anything we want to do with images.
