Hi hive people,its my pleasure to meet you all again.i would like to tell about embryology and that too development of kidney and urinary bladder.before going to that first we have to understand some embryology.

In this first diagram we can understand that there is a tube insude our body which us divided into foregut,midgut and hindgut which is endodermal in origin. While the outside is extodermak in origin.many buda will come from this gut gives to many organs.for us as we are studying urinary bladder and kidney.the zoomed part is to put our focus.

DEVELOPMENT OF URINARY BLADDER-

The hindgut gives a evagination called allantois and between this two there is
Uro-rectal septum which is mesodermal in origin which separates the hindgut and allantois during development and gives two structures hindgut forms rectum and anus with anal membrane.another is urogenital sinus and urachus at apex and urogenital membrane covering it.

Urogenital sinus forms urinary bladder where urachus forms median umbilical ligament.

The below image represents nephrogenic cords which are derived from intermediate mesoderm.the nephrogenic cord is subdivided into 3 parts pronephros,mesonephros and metanephros.from mesonephros mesonephric duct will come and joins with urogenital sinus.the terminal part of mesonephric duct is absorbed into urinary bladder and it forms trigone of urinary bladder.so trigone of urinary bladder is mesodermal in origin.

DEVELOPMENT OF KIDNEY-

The kidney is mesodermal in origin and formed from nephogenic cords.the pronephros and mesonephros will regress and the metanephros is the one which forms kidney so i zoomed that part.from the mesonephric duct we will get ureteric bud and it ends into metanephros.around ureteric bud metanephric blastema will form.

The metanehric blastema forms bowmans capsule,PCT,loop of henle,DCT,connecting tubules.

The ureteric bud forms collecting tubules,calyces,papillae,pelvis,ureters.
