The Reality Of Smartphones.

This post was inspired by the recent Samsung unpacked which happened in the first of this month. I’ve been a Samsung fan for a very long time so each time they are about to announce a top notch phone am all in to watch it and I don’t hesitate to appreciate it.

I have accepted that the phone companies have a lot of good stuff to offer but this days it’s becoming annoying; but they don’t really care lol. The phone companies always manage to tell us the right things, they know what their consumers want to hear and they will always be there to say it.

Most phone companies don’t listen to their fan base and I think it affects the brands sometimes. No one is forcing you to change your entire philosophy, all we are saying is make a few changes that the fans want to see. After all we are the ones purchasing your phones.

One of the problems most of us have is with the snapdragon and exynos, a lot of users are saying the snapdragon is better than the exynos but Samsung always find a way of making their phones with both chips.

Your location depends on what type of chip set you will be given. I think the snapdragon is mostly around South Korea and the US. I hardly see the snapdragon version around Africa but I think they are not much. Year in year out they always manage to hype both chipsets knowing fully well we know what we are dealing with.

I mean who will speak bad about their phone? No manufacturer will come up on stage and tell you all the things they have failed to make better on the phones. They make the phone look perfect in your eyes that even when the phone has a problem you protect them by saying you bought a fake phone, forgetting they are machines and machines get tired too. They can’t function perfectly forever.

Both snapdragon and exynos are loved by samsung but since exynos was made by samsung, it’s very hard to stop using that chip set in their phones. They mostly do this with their flagship phones. If you are not a tech guy you wouldn’t even know the different between those two but I bet you if you use a snapdragon and exynos you will understand the difference. The snapdragon runs apps and have better graphics.

I think I will have to write a separate post one time to differentiate between the two chip sets. But all am trying to say is that, phone manufacturers will always think of what’s best for them instead of what’s best for the customers. We know you are in business but it wouldn’t hurt to accept you are wrong.
