Hi @juecoree, thank you for sharing these reflections that are part of life, and in which we see ourselves reflected in some ways.

Much of what happens we can not control, the changes, the different constratantes and complexities, the ephemeral, surprising and also what is established in the cycle of life, as normal, does not depend on us, happen, happen....asi simple and often gives us a jolt.

I share your reflection,
"Sometimes we are too hard on ourselves. We keep pushing and pushing until we can go beyond our limitations".

Hence the importance of taking the time to live each moment with its characteristics and learnings,
not getting stuck in them and moving forward.

I resonate with you that we should appreciate every moment as it unfolds. At the end of the day, it is not about how much money or how good a careers we had, but how well we enjoy and live our lives.
