Sleep and Sex, Big Belly and Alcohol Drinks: Any relationship?

I once attended a wedding ceremony of a brother held in my country, although in different state. Of course, it has become a normal routine throughout the entire country, especially among both the two major religious groups and the three major ethnic groups, to invite a guest lecturer, either religious scholar, or a counselor to give a related and beneficial lecture that will serve as a guide to the prospective couple. However, many of such guest lecturers usually use the avenue to financially extort both the celebrants and the well wishers present in such gathering.

During the course of lecture, the guest lecturer, despite being a religious scholar said something scientific as he was admonishing the couple on the benefits of having sex and that is one of the focus for today's discussion:

"One of the ways to get a good and sound sleep is to have sex"

His speech keeps resonating in my medular oblongata and I started searching for the motive behind the notion, my curiosity may be traced to the fact that I was single then and I needed to gather more knowledge, especially on marriage and sex life.

Why do people sleep off just after sex?
Further investigation revealed that one of the benefits of having sex is that it triggers and improves people sleeping performance, this is so due to decrease in depression and anxiety that usually come along with sex activities. In fact, some people who have Insomnia (sleep disorder or the inability to sleep well at night) usually consider having sex anytime they want to sleep and it is not fast coming, they consider it as a catalyst that aids their sleeping mode, though, some people have the fear of getting addicted and later become a sex addict.

This kind of sleep after a good sex has been considered among natural phenomena that usually happen to both male and female, so do not be panic as it is not in anyway among the signs that indicates serious health challenges.

Each time there is ejaculation from male, the sperm release usually consists of several brain chemicals such as prolactin, oxytocin, vasopressin, nitric oxide (NO) and adrenalin. According to various research carried out in laboratories using a diverse range of experimental approaches, especially in Hungary, France and the U.S.A., the result of their findings shows that prolactin hormone usually release during the course of intercourse is an essential factors that triggers sleep with its main function to improve rapid eye movement sleep (REMS).

To some, having a big belly is a sign of richness and enjoyment that is usually come as a result of accumulated diets in their daily food intake, they are happy with it and ready to display it to the whole world, in fact, that was the same orientation I grew up with because I had many of them when I was growing up, they usually found rubbing and displaying their big belly to many around them. However, I later found out that many of the so called big bellies around then usually take beer drinks so I started relating the two together until I heard people calling them beer belly, so, beer can result to big belly, I exclaimed.

Further investigation revealed the fact that big belly is as a result of too much accumulation of fat in the body and there are of two types: Visceral (the fat that resides around organs) and Subcutaneous (the fat that resides under the skin).

Causes

Poor nutritional diet has been referred to be the major cause of gaining big belly, other causes may be traced to hormones, mental health (stress), gene, metabolism, medication, and lack of exercise.

Some of the nutritional diets that can cause big belly include: Alcohol, Sugary Foods and Beverages, Trans Fats, Low-Protein Diets, Fruit Juice, and Low-Fiber Diets.

Ways to Reduce Belly Fat

Based on the factors that can cause big belly, as listed above, it should be noted that there are some factors that can not be control in order to curb big belly, factors such as hormones, and gene are natural in one's life time and can not be changed while factors like the diet intake, mental health (stress), metabolism and medication and lack of exercise can be can be adjusted and worked upon to either totally eliminate big belly or to reduce it to minimal.

However, there exist another way to curb big belly aside from those discussed above and that is by applying slim super machine or any related type like the one shown below

Like I used to say, nothing has advantage and leaves no disadvantage and vice versa. The presence of fat in the body help to insulate and protect the body, however too much of everything is not good, likewise too much of fat accumulation in the body may result to deficiency in one's health and may increase one's chance of getting chronic diseases. Due to this, any diet such as alcohol drink and activities that may result to big belly should be ignored or reduced.

I believe that is the right time to educate yourself about sex life most of the time people never take it serious but is always neccessary..

I do hear about this as we that it relieves stress but that of making one to sleep is just a new things to me,if that is the case I believe it may be the amount of pressure coming out from someone some that cause but being addicted to this might be a very bad thing because if you are married you might not be able to control the feelings

That is the truth about big belly, most of the time that does not determine your riches just as you have said while some might not be through beer but I believe some where natural and some that even have it are not in anyway comfortable with it as for me I don't even in anyway like it at all

Going through some of the things that can like cause big belly I can actually see it clearly that is never a good heath when you find yourself in that position

Great exercise is even more better atlease one can start from the simple one, but that of slim bet if one does not k on how to use it,it can cause another health problems and I believe that was why some people are trying to avoid it..

Alot of people don't that big belly is not you won't feel comfortable and if you wear clothes it won't fit you or look smart in your body.

Drinking of beer in name you want to have big belly is not a good thing, I don't like any man with big belly.

I do not think many people will disagree with the effects that sex has on sleep performance, especially as it relates to the male folks.

On the big belly issue, it is mostly considered a sign of good living by society as long as one has a corresponding body. I can remember there was a time I was looking to gain a little more stomach so that my shirts can have more fitting. Never again though!
