All cancers are terrible, and this one in particular has a lot to do with risk factors. But yes, it is possible to see it in men as well. Not much, but it can be seen.

They are really equally complicated in both cases. They are equally dangerous. The possibility of getting better or not, of curing it or not, depends to a great extent on the state of the cancer at the time of diagnosis. It depends more on that than on gender.
