Thank you for publishing this post about black pepper. I had learned more about black pepper after reading your post than I had known before.
I've been adding ground black pepper into drinks I make in order to boost my metabolism. That was my main reason for consuming it. Now I need to find raw whole black pepper to see what I can do with it.

I'll be careful, thank you. When it comes to ground black pepper, I'm actually conservative in the amounts I use. The amount is about the same as amount of tea leaves found in tea pouches.
