After waiting for about six days, I finally get my hands on this PC Case. This year, my goal is creating a decent PC so I can do Livestream and programming. Gaming will be complementary. Since I plan on settling down somewhere instead of being a nomad, I’d thought having a PC will be a better option and investment down the line. I don’t have any budget in mind now, but obviously, it’s not going to be something too expensive. So, it’s something like an entry-level build.

Unboxing

The Case was shipped through a cargo service in a box protected with bubble wraps. There is an extra wood case for protection, but I decided to skip it since that’s adding a bit more cost. Thankfully, the box was neatly and tightly sealed. The overall weight of this Case is 3,78kg; hence it was quite heavy.

The Box

After cutting the wrappers, this is how the front box looks like.

The front box has highlighted features of the case. I suppose, I'll know about the RGB effect once I get every parts needed and assembled.

On top of the box there is small description written in several languages and some cautions symbols.

On the side, there is description of the PC Case features and the specifications.

It was quite a struggle to get the Case out of the box. It won’t pull out until I pushed the back of the box a bit.Inside the box, the case is sandwiched sandwiched with two styrofoam and also plastic covering the overall case.

That's how it looks like on the front-side. I am quite satisfied with how it turns out considering the price as well.

That's the upper part of the case. Thankfully, after inspecting everything there is no scratch which means it was handled well during the shipping.

The see through tempered glass side contains a warning, handle with care. The case is quite spacious and the mesh is sturdy. Max VGA card is 300mm and Max CPU Cooler is 165mm. Also, Nimitz N3 is only advertised as ATX instead of micro ATX. However from their official store, it says that it also supports micro ATX. This is something that I have to make sure. In the end, I would say for the price that was offered it was a decent buy.

I have not decided what kind of mobo, vga, and other things as I am still researching about it. It’s really quite overwhelming especially since there are all kinds of options. I am currently keeping my eyes on entry-level build via https://pcpartpicker.com/

What I like about that website is that it has the price and also the reviews from other users for the performance and the rating. So yeah, stay tuned to my journey building a PC from scratch 😊

PCPartpicker.com is very helpful indeed. Do check for compatibility and availability for the PC parts.

It's more about compatibility for me. I checked some mobo that I wanted they are available new and used. It's a bit overwhelming given all the information available out there. I hope I don't get analysis paralysis since I tend to read too much more than needed. 😄

There is a lot of stuff and information out there. Consider Youtube PC guides and builds as well. It helped me a lot with selecting parts and putting things together.

It also helped to have a younger brother who did a PC build. I was lucky.

I would not worry too much about analysis paralysis. Buyer's remorse would be worse I would think.

I used that site for my last build as well.

I'll need to do something like this soon but I don't know how easy it would be for me in this part of the world.
