Hola amigos de hive, está semana he estado con la docencia universitaria, lo que a ocupado casi todo mi tiempo y no he podido escribir mucho en la comunidad.

En este caso me ha tocado impartir clases de epidemiología a los grupos de enfermería del primer año de la carrera.

Quiero decirles que he tenido que estudia y revizar algunos temas, pues los muchachos hacen sus preguntas curiosas y hay que estar actualizado.

Han sido un total de cuatro grupos con una matricula de 28 estudiantes, así que imagínese el número de clases que he tenido que impartir.

Hemos tratado temas como las generalidades de la higiene, la epidemiología, el proceso salud enfermedad y el proceso de la enfermedad infecciosa en el individuo y en las comunidades, este último es el que más ha llamado su atención.

Es que la juventud de hoy es más espabilada que en mis tiempos 😂😂😂😜😜, la formación de la carrera de enfermería en Cuba es de 5 años, los muchachos en sus dos primeros años están en la universidad aprendiendo todo lo relacionado con las ciencias básicas, es decir anatómica, fisiología, embriología, bioquímica, histología y también reciben clases de idioma.

Is that today's youth is more savvy than in my time 😂😂😂😜😜, the training of the nursing career in Cuba is 5 years, the boys in their first two years are at the university learning everything related to basic sciences, ie anatomy, physiology, embryology, biochemistry, histology and also receive language classes.

Después a partir del tercer año, se vinculan a los hospitales y empiezan a estudiar los procederes de enfermería y la relación médico paciente.
