Thanks for stopping by. However, I believe those factors would be put into consideration since their purpose is to help the public from the beginning.
We should never take this as granted... As soon as there is a way to make money, anything could happen. For instance, some cures are pretty expensive and not affordable by many.
I see your point but that does not hide the fact that the health sector still has the people in mind when pushing out drugs. I believe the government also influence this..
Totally, it is a very complex situation and things can easily go in one direction or the other, more or less randomly.
