Hello dear @juecoree, I am glad that even though you do not like agriculture, you took the time to read the article, the agricultural sciences part of the synergy with nature and all its processes, if we can understand each of the relationships of plants with ecosystems, no doubt we will be successful in food production.
In the case of pastures, we must consider them as a crop and carry out the necessary agronomic work and also take into account the animal component within the system.

Actually, I like agriculture but not enough time to practice what I learn researching the subject. I am particularly interested in urban farming.
