The outer Oort cloud would be a year and a half light away, it would be entering directly into the Oort cloud, the cloud of comets and dwarf planets, the closest star currently to us is Proxima Centauri which is 4.2 light years away, this means that that star and everything it carries is going to get into the Oort cloud or in the most optimistic version it will brush past, but with everything it carries, when I say everything it carries it is because that star will obviously also have its small Oort cloud, it has less than half the mass of the sun, with its comets, its planets, dwarfs, etc. and all of this is going to get into our Oort cloud.

It will alter the orbit of the planets, no, because it will pass very far away, the light distance of the planetary system is about 5 light hours, from the sun to Pluto, but from the Sun to the last comet that is orbiting the Sun there is almost a light year, it is much greater, but what that star is going to do when it gets inside the Oort cloud will be to alter the orbit of thousands of comets, perhaps some dwarf planet, and it will surely cause a shower of comets towards the planetary system because they will end up those comets altered and falling towards the sun and onto the planets.
