MY RESPONSE TO HIVEWATCHERS AND OTHERS WITH QUESTIONS
I wanted to get this off my chest, but before I do, let it be known I am declining all rewards on this post, not that I get much anyway, and most likely any would be auto downvoted.
I write my own content on occasion but use white label content for a great deal of my business-related content. I have been doing this since I joined Hive/Steem in December of 2017.

White-label content provides the opportunity for a single-owner small business like me to provide content while focusing my time on other areas of my business, such as serving clients.
Most of these posts are informative, usable, and valuable to others. I think the testament to this can be seen from the engagement on my posts. I can spend all the time in the world talking about IT-related topics, but there are not enough hours in the day to create and put out content regularly on my own.
I try to make some changes or spin them somewhat to change the verbiage, add my own take into the post, and add links, sources, and information. You can see this throughout many of my previous posts.
In the case of the posts in question, I have found they were white label content that I purchased from a content marketing site. The following is from the site from which I purchased them:
“What is the license to the content?
The short version is: The content is for your own use. To use your own business to market your services to your own clients.
You CAN:
- Publish the content on your own blog, email list, physical mailing list and social media pages
- Use the content to create opt-in giveaways for building your email list
- Put your own name and logo on the content (but its recommended making some changes to the content first)
Since this standard business practice is not going to be accepted here on Hive, I have decided to move on. I just hate that my followers, especially those who regularly engage with me, will now no longer see it here. However, most of you know where to find me outside of Hive and can continue to follow my content in that way.
Thank you for my time here on Hive and Steem. I have interacted with many great people and learned from many of you.

Noah I do hope to see you elsewhere. Yes, this is it for me. I just made this last post to give my side of things after having all my recent posts smattered with their uninformed accusations and being blacklisted.
Oh, I'll have to look into details, I didn't even notice till now.
I hope someone reads this and finds it compelling enough to intervene. I really do not know the technicality behind it but I am certain there are gurus on here. Even though I am not an IT person, I find many of those contents interesting and even bookmarked a couple for future reference.
Since you stopped publishing here, I have read some of the publications you made on other platforms and will continue to do so in the nearest future. I just hope a compromise is reached here.

Only way I’d come back is if they were defunded and you changed those as ignorant as they. Nope that ship sailed, I cussed them out. I just did this to ensure my side is heard on the accusation.
@joerhino my own ignorance here, but I was not aware of "white label" and what it meant. This is an interesting share in that respect. I do hope you can find a way through to an understanding or compromise (in the best meaning of the word) with HW that enables you to stay.
I have no interest in dealing with those fascists. They came in and tried to burn me and my rep, no questions asked. Screw them. This community funds them and wants them, not me.
Why not? I am not a legal expert, but if you purchased something, and if you have the license to use it even for money earning, then you have full right to publish that content on the Hive blockchain.
Especially after they say that (You CAN) "Publish the content on your own blog".
And people usually monetize their blogs, not just/only on the Hive blockchain.
As I understand this, white-labeling is not a bad thing at all, because it involves a mutual agreement. So it is indeed not a plagiarism.
By the way, you wrote "plagarism" instead of "plagiarism" on the cover picture/image.
I hope that this situation will be resolved, and you can continue your activity on the Hive blockchain.

Now, I have been wondering why you never visit my posts anymore. Here lies my answer.
I don't know if you will like my response but,
First, I love the way you go out of your way to explain the technilities of your IT work for us here .. I for one do learn alot even though it's complicated sometimes
Secondly, even though, you had the permission to publish those writings by the owners, I just got here, but, I know Hive doesn't allow it. It against the rules because you are getting rewarded for publishing on your blog
Albeit, I do know you have a lot on your hands, but, if you put your mind into something, you can do it. That's what I have been thought, and I have been living upon this thought process for a while now.
What I am trying to say is that even with all your busy schedule and work load, if you decide to take the long life of experience of yours in your IT field and turn it into a post, it will be well received. Instead of bringing in the "white label" material.
What Hive wants to encourage are posts and writings that cannot be found elsewhere. We want to be unique, and stand out in the crowd. In this times, when everywhere is full of information, Hive encourages information that are down to earth, and are products of user's experiences. This is because such writings are unique, and won't be found elsewhere
This, with time, will improves our publicity and once someone finds any of our contents in the outside world and read it, and keeps coming for more, it brings traffic and at the same time, investors
Speaking of investors, ideally, we have to give those guys a solid reason to invest on hive. Seeing that Hive encourages communities, social interactions, and better user experience than any other Blockchain, we are confident it will be impressive to the investors and the "hive to the moon" expectations will become a reality

Interesting, because in the Hive Watchers discord, you said you actually wrote those articles for white label companies...

While I had nothing to do with this particular investigation (meaning I'm not the one who reported you), and only became aware of it after your outburst in their discord channel, I have to say that Hive Watchers definitely got it right in your case.
Just figured I'd leave this here, for anyone who has questions.
As I stated before. I have written white label for others, not for companies and used white label myself.
After looking through all the hundreds of articles I have I found in this particular case I DID use white label from someone else. Most of these were from a bunch in 2016 timeframe. I was wrong about writing them myself. I admit that. I have a lot of stuff.
However what does it matter? It is white label. I own them and the rights to the content. You fascists can go hug a root.
It doesn't matter anymore though. I’ve already moved on. I’m only coming back often enough to check my wallet until I’m powered down and cashed out.
