I was a little skeptical about hydrogen mainly because of Nikola (a company on the stock market). It seemed nice and they promoted hydrogen vehicles but they didn't exactly live up to expectations. So I was a little surprised to hear that Toyota and Hyundai have explored this option.
I'll watch and see how things go but I think there needs to be a lot of infrastructure done before it can even start being mainstream. For example, can you produce the hydrogen cheap enough to make it competitive against EVs?

agree!!, today one of the obstacles in developing hydrogen fuel is infrastructure and funds. When compared to lithium-ion. hydrogen fuel supply chain is only $ 30 billion, while lithium-ion batteries have reached $ 600 billion investments already. but I'm sure it will develop in the future. Moreover, giant automotive companies such as Hyundai, Toyota, and BMW are starting to see hydrogen as a new opportunity.
