Isaac Asimove created those laws but in several of his stories he demonstrated the proble,s with strictly following them.

Another problem is there are a bunch of things the three laws don't cover that programmers can't anticipate.

Yes, from one of the articles that I've read, the author had mentioned professionals in this field admitted that it's too early to anticipate or predict certain outcomes.
