Hola a todos y todas! El día de hoy vengo a mostrarles y a explicarles un test psicológico llamado el "Test Stroop".

El Test Stroop también conocido como el test de colores y palabras, consta de tres tareas o fases que voy a explicar a continuación para que se pueda realizar:
- TAREA DE LECTURA
La primera tarea es de lectura; aquí solo tienes que leer unas palabras que están escritas en color negro lo más rápido que puedas o en máximo 40 segundos.
- IDENTIFICACIÓN DE COLORES
Aquí hay unos bloques de X escritos en distintos colores, aquí debes decir el color lo más rápido que puedas de nuevo.
- INTERFERENCIA
Aquí se fusiona la tarea de identificar colores y la tarea de leer las palabras, pero en este caso las palabras estarán escritas en un color y aquí lo que se debe mencionar es únicamente el color, ejemplo:
El tiempo es el mismo, en el menor tiempo posible y máximo 40 segundos para nombrar todos lo colores.
Se puede aplicar a partir de los 7 años y con el se pueden detectar problemas neuropsiquiátricos y psicológicos.
Este test mide la velocidad de procesamiento, la atención selectiva y los efectos de interferencia, también se pueden evaluar daños cerebrales independientemente del nivel cultural de la persona.
Para poder detecta algún tipo de problema psicológico o psiquiátrico el test explica lo siguiente:
1. Si tienes dificultades en realizar la primera tarea, es decir, en leer las palabras, tienes un daño en el hemisferio izquierdo; mientras el hemisferio derecho, se relaciona más los colores.
2. En población general aunque no tenga ningún daño, el rendimiento más bajo se encuentra en la tercer lámina, porque hay una interferencia, pero si tienes afección frontal, el rendimiento puede ser mucho más bajo en esta lámina.
