First of all, lemme congratulate you, even though you mentioned it already via discord. We all know that there are no right or wrong answers to research as long as the methodology is correct. Hence, your concerns, even though valid, are just mere anxieties. What is the worst that can happen if, let's say, your drug refuses to pass the clinical tests for safety and efficacy? A ground for more research, I guess. In other words, it's not likely you will be a failure. That is why we don't just accept alternate hypotheses in science.

When it comes to selling, that should not be your business, you are a scientist, not a businessman.
