Do you Know Exercise is Good for your Health??

Our body system is designed in a way that it can react negatively or positively to what is been offered to it and that's why we must be careful what we give to our body system because it can either affect our health positively or negatively. One of the things we can engage our body system that can help our health constantly is exercise. The funny thing is the majority of us know that exercise is good for our health. Yes, we have read it several times in articles, on the news, and through videos even some of us come to the awareness of it when we were still small but one of the big questions is why is it that only a few of us exercise our body.

Our body needs exercise and it calls upon it most of the time but we do ignore it. There are a lot of ways you can Exercise your body system which I will be sharing in this post and also I will be talking about the importance of exercise to our body system and overall to our health. The truth of the matter is no matter how it is, exercise might not be convenient at times. That's where discipline comes in. There have been several instances whereby we have promised ourselves to exercise but at the end of the day or week, we keep Procrastinating. Yes, it is not convenient but we just need to discipline ourselves and in the long run, we will be thankful for it.

As I said earlier, there are diverse forms we can exercise our body. One of them which I strongly believe the majority of us know is through running. Yea taking some jogging or running is a means of exercising because, in one way or the other, we have engaged in it. I remember back then in my childhood days, whenever my mom sent me an errand and I branch somewhere else, after coming to the realisation, I will so run to where I was sent to. Then that was exercise. Some make use of this form of exercise every day, to some people, they have a specific hour of the day they engaged in running or jogging. Some do it early in the morning jogging a few miles and some in the evening depending on their activities.

Another form of exercise which is also common is walking. I strongly believe virtually every one of us takes a walk every blessed day as far as you still have your feet intact and you still can walk. Virtually every one of us partake in this exercise every day most especially when you are in Nigeria. Apart from that, people also do walking as a routine as a form of exercise. Some call it strolling. It's beneficial to health.

Another form of exercise is some body work like push-ups, jumping, lifting weights and many more. These types of exercise are mostly found in the gym. Well in the gym, there are a lot of machines that can aid to an extent in all the forms of exercise you want. As some use Machines to make them run engaging them in exercise. Some use Machines also to walk which during the process engages them in the Exercise. There are a lot of other forms of exercise which I might have mentioned here. At the end of the day, exercise always does well to your body system beyond what you can ever imagine. It helps to keep your body muscles in top shape. The stretching of your muscles helps them to be in good shape.

Another benefit exercise does to your body is it helps you to burn extra fat away from your body. For people who are suffering from obesity and kind of too much fat-related sickness in the body, engaging in exercise helps you to burn out extra calories that might have been harmful to your health. It helps you to stay healthy and refreshed and keep the fat and oil level intact. The truth of the matter is your body system needs fat but too much of it can be dangerous to your health. Another benefit of exercise is it helps your brain to be in top condition because when you are exercising, it helps your brain to be refreshed. This refreshing moment helps your brain system to boot very well and helps your memory capacity at the end of the day.

Another benefit of exercise is it helps you to stay fit and helps you to get rid of dirt from your body through sweat. It is common that when you Engage in exercise, you release sweat out of your body. These sweat are waste products which contain dirt and also some harmful products that are been taken away from your body. There are a lot of benefits which exercise to your health but I will just be mentioning these few tonight. If you haven't been exercising your body today, it is high time you start doing it. As I said, it takes nothing but just determination and discipline to keep going.

I know someone might want to ask me that I am always busy every day, how can I exercise. It is simple. As I said, you can check out the list of the forms of exercise you can engage in which can fit into your daily activities. Some go to the gym every weekend, so if you know you will be busy throughout the week, you can set out the week for your exercising by visiting the gym. Keep doing this for months and you will discover your health is in more shape than you can ever imagine.
