Hello @benie111, this is really a good one, depression is even more real and common than we think, it is a good thing to always seek medical help whenever we sense any form of depression, but there are cases when we come out of depression on our own, I can relate with this based on personal experience, and I am sure to share my experience soon.

I was depressed at a particular time last year, I often do not want to talk about this event with people. Depression isn't an immediate thing, it is a gradually growing condition that comes from several downcast situations and continuous thoughts.
