I have been in discussion about mood swings so let the readers know which hormone causes the discomfort in behavior. Also, you can mention the duration of this biological cycle as you have well summarized the initiation and ending process. Well, I have some questions popping into my mind but they are not worthy to be asked by a medical person hehe. But girls it's normal to have cramps 🤣 you must have dark chocolate perks during this.

Thanks for your suggestions @ayesha-malik, I wanted to add a lot of stuff but I thought it would makes things complex for a lay man but after reading your comment I have made some changes and tried to answer that mood swing mechanism.
And you are still welcome to ask more 😊 and yeah cramps are obviously a part of normal physiology but not always, if they become severe one should consult a Doc.
