This statement hit me really hard! In our family we don't usually go for the healthiest food, but the one we can realistically maintain having in our meals. (At least we try to have a bit of each type of food...)

No one considers how the meal will effect his or her wellbeing or whether we will receive a nutritious diet while eating.

Food is very important in the body, but we need to be very careful with what we take in. Health is wealth they say, to be healthy we don't just eat anyhow food, we need food with high nutrition this won't only help us grow but help us fight diseases in the body.
