Elaboration and use of organic fertilizers to amend agricultural soils

In the field of conventional agriculture, it is known that the residues left in the soil by products of synthetic origin have been the cause of global pollution taking into account the progressive deterioration thus destroying the quality and productivity of the soil, the negative impact that is being generated to the soil, has turned it into a mechanical and rigid entity that only produces when chemicals are added.

▶ Under these conditions, the soil is incapable of providing the necessary nutrients for the plants by itself, so the use of diverse chemicals in uncontrolled quantities results in adverse conditions that cause ecological imbalances, specifically to the soil.

These adverse conditions bring with them the deterioration of soils and generate consequent changes of negative impact for this reason has led to an immediate search for solutions that would support us to support social awareness as agricultural structures have given way to an excellent production profile.

The loss of the dynamic balance that has been maintained for years between man and the agricultural environment, it is considered that organic compost provides benefits as it is a soil conditioner and one of the most important factors to know the productivity of it, with humic characteristics, free of pathogens and weeds, which does not attract insects or vectors, which can be handled and stored without risk and beneficial to plant growth.

It is assured that the use of these products will greatly reduce the pressure on the environment as a support for anthropic activities; nutrients will be reincorporated into the soil fertilization cycle and the use of agrochemicals will be curbed.

In this sense, the development and use of organic fertilizers to amend agricultural soils has served to improve their characteristics such as fertility, water storage capacity, mineralization of N, P and K, maintain optimal pH values for agriculture, avoid changes in temperature, promote microbial activity and control erosion of soils with agricultural vocation, all this to ensure the production of healthy food.
