An interesting article. Some people boil milk just before eating it, to make the milk more digestible. Does this reduce the acid content?

Greetings @agmoore, I'm glad you liked the article. I don't think that by boiling the milk its acid content decreases, by subjecting it to a thermal treatment, similar to pasteurization, the lactose and other mineral content is not lost, and that is what causes its intolerance.
