A wonderful summary. I didn't realize July 4th had such international significance. Here in the U. S. it is Independence Day. Double celebration--although recently my country is experiencing severe growing pains.

instantaneous.png second! You have referred previously to the very short time between the Big Bang and this event, but the number is startling. Perhaps the definition of instantaneous :)

Happy Birthday Higgs boson!

Hope you are well @lemouth. Take care.

We can really argue about which country is not at the moment... The situation seems just bad from any single corner.

On a more physics side, I was a bit puzzled with the chosen date for the announcement 10 years ago, just for that reason it was a special day for US citizens. At the end of the day, why not. However, the choice is at least questionable, isn't it? There may be good (other) reasons behind it. Who knows...

Perhaps the definition of instantaneous :)

Not for our universe :D

Cheers, and have a nice week!

We work on our own private corners...our families and hope for the best.

Have a great week, @lemouth
