You certainly do cover a subject thoroughly. There is an amazing amount of information here, almost all of it new to me. I've always been suspicious of bivalves because they do filter everything. I think of them as dirty and disease-bearing. But a bivalve farm, as you describe it, would be a solution to this problem.
