Electric blankets are a good idea! I have one too. It's never a bad thing to save money. I usually turn the blanket on a few minutes (maybe 10) before going to bed and then it is all toasty warm when I get in. I turn it off after a minute or two or I would get too hot. You will want to turn it off/down. You will figure out what is best for you when you get it.

I like the research you did on it and the cost analysis. I am sure you will get good use out of it, and perhaps find it on sale as it is well into winter. They need to sell them soon or they will be stuck with them.

I truly enjoy the way you put a post together. Thank you! I try to let people know how much I appreciate their participation in #MarketFriday! Even though I get many on a weekly basis, each one is read and enjoyed. By now, you must know how much I enjoy learning about the world and how it is to live in your corner of it, and, make yours or mine better in any way. I have been given hints to make life nicer, and recipes to make dinner interesting. I find it interesting to compare, not by the world's standards, but, by how we find the quality of our life with different I enjoy learning more about you and hope you feel the same, that is why I find it important to take the time to read a couple of #MarketFriday posts and leave a genuine comment. It is important for a community to do this, learning about others, and getting to know each other. The fun is in getting to know people and making a positive contribution to community life. All this fun and money too. What is not to love? That is one of the reasons I joined Hive. How about you? :) I leave you with the guidelines. I hope you are having an amazing week!

Fridays are all about the #MarketFriday Challenge! Looking to take part in it? Here is how:

Rules of the Road to Join #MarketFriday!

1.Go to the market, or anywhere that you pay money for a service. It can be a movie, an auction, or even a museum. Wherever money is exchanged for a service or product.
2.Take pictures! Be creative!
3.Tell us a little bit about the market or the event. What brought you there? What did you buy? How much did it cost? Was it expensive? Did it go up or down? A scroll of pictures with few words doesn't usually work.
4.Post the pictures. Of course, you should tell a little bit about the ones you post, it is too difficult to guess about some.
5.Use the MarketFriday Community Platform to post (#hive-196308) This is not required but appreciated.
6.PLEASE Drop the link into the MarketFriday comment section so I can find it!!
7.Following me and reblogging the post would be appreciated, but not a rule, more vision for more views on the #MarketFriday posts!
8.You must put #MarketFriday by @dswigle somewhere on your post.

#MarketFriday loves you!
