The beautiful Parasola plicatilis mushroom

Hello everyone, Today I want to share some photos of the "Parasola plicatilis" mushroom that I found growing on rotten wood in the garden, this mushroom is a species that is quite unique and interesting. For me, mushrooms are something really special because they are living creatures. With this limited age, it has priceless charm and beauty, how about you?

Parasola plicatilis or also known by other names such as "Parasola accordion" because its shape is similar to the folds of an accordion, this mushroom has a quite attractive appearance with its characteristic thin and folded hood, at first glance the mushroom's hood looks like it is being bent or folded so that it gives the impression of natural origami, the color also varies from white, light brown and a slight mixture of purple, while the bottom of the mushroom cap looks wrinkled.

one of the other interesting things that I know about these mushrooms is the way they grow, these mushrooms grow in places that are rich in organic material, for example in wood that has started to rot like the one I just found, and this also shows that the environment where these mushrooms live it grows moist and healthy, I found this mushroom in a garden not far from the papaya garden, there the conditions are cooler and protected from direct sunlight because there are many durian trees which are very dense, so this is a very suitable condition for the growth of the beautiful mushroom Parasola plicatilis.
