Just before the New Year, I received 2 invitation tickets to Seoul Sky which is the highest building in Seoul, South Korea. I have been here a couple of times, but I was happy to go there again.

The tickets were valid till the end of February, and I decided to use them asap because usually, I am busy in Spring.

About Seoul Sky

The high of the building is 555 meters and there are 123 floors. The observation deck is located on 117-120 floors. There is also a lounge and a cafe, so there are lots of things to do.

Usually, the entrance fee is 27,000 KRW (around $27). But there are different discounts.

My visit

I went to the Seoul Sky in the evening because I wanted to enjoy the sunset. Fortunately, due to COVID-19, it wasn't crowded. I remember when I have been there last time I lined up for at least 30-40 mins. So, there are good sides to the pandemic too.

Unfortunately, the dust hides half of the city and the tower windows weren't really clean, but the view was still amazing!

In that picture, clouds remembered me the wings. The sun with wings is flying away...

I spend there around 1 hour... When I entered the observation deck it was still light outside, but in an hour night covered the city. Millions of lights turn on and shine bright!

I love big city lights! They make me feel full of energy, they remind me that life is beautiful and it is important to be active, to live!

Do you like night city views?
