Farmers Fail to Harvest

Hello Everyone.
Today I want to share some of the rice fields that have been flooded due to the heavy rainfall the last few nights, As a result, most of the rice fields around Pulo Iboh village, North Aceh were flooded.

Harvest season has arrived, but the last few nights rain has hit Aceh very heavily, so that some farmers have to frown because the rice that should be ready for harvest is flooded due to high rainfall. Maybe this harvest season the farmers suffered a lot of losses due to the continuous rains that hit Aceh, it was clear that their yields had decreased drastically due to waterlogging.

I saw that the farmers were forced to go down to the fields even though the water in their fields was very high, they did not pay attention to the high water discharge in order to harvest rice that was already flooded.

I took some pictures, there are some pictures of rice and rice fields that are inundated with water and also looks like some farmers are choosing rice that is still good for harvesting, but not a few of them failed miserably to harvest rice.

Hopefully in the future the farmers can get better rice than this season.
