The Fun of Traveling at Night
Hello all photography lovers. This is the story of my trip last Sunday which was so extraordinary. This trip was not planned in advance, but this was by chance and unexpectedly became a memorable memory, when I passed a village by walking casually while enjoying the cool scenery, I could see the mountains, rice fields, and even the sun behind the mountain. The red sky gives a signal that day will turn to night. I went to a city that has a story that never runs out if you want to tell it. This city is called Banda Aceh, a city that is very close to the sea in 2004 there was a very strong sea wave in this city that caused many people to die.
When I was here, I was like back in 2004, which was so horrible. Currently, the city of Banda Aceh has made great progress and the buildings are built with beautiful concepts. I am with a friend tonight traveling around the city of Banda Aceh and I want to look back at the portrait of people's life at night. I drove around with @benk07 until midnight. Some very interesting places for night shots that I couldn't wait to capture the subject. This is my chance to learn night photography, although I need to learn more about camera settings.
I went to the port to see the fishing activities at night and also to the mosque which has a long history. the mosque has been an icon of this city since 1612 until now. Earlier, on April 10, 1873, the Dutch attacked Aceh, and this mosque complex became a fortress during the war. This mosque was badly damaged during the battle and the Dutch government promised to reconstruct the building to quell public anger. The Dutch government carried out the construction in 1879.
