Slow Walking Animals Actually Have Benefits

IMG_2687.jpg

Hello Everyone.
After reading an article about this unique animal, I became interested in looking for it on the home page. Fortunately, the yard has a lot of fresh grass, especially in the morning. The clear dew and green leaves make me very excited to find this shy animal. We call this animal "Bekicot" or its scientific name Achatina Fulica. Snails have parasites that are not good for consumption even in the United States it strictly forbids its population to consume snail meat because it can lead to poor health conditions.

This type of animal has a habitat in a humid place and cannot survive in water. The snail is a soft animal or has no backbone so it always hides in its shell when there is a threat. I deliberately analyzed the activity of the animal, and it turned out to be very funny. In fact, these animals have most activities, such as climbing trees, walking in the forest, and sometimes still without moving. During the day, the snail hides in its shell and does no activity because the animal cannot withstand the heat.

Although the snail has parasites, it can also be useful for humans because the snail mucus contains Hyaluronic Acid. Hyaluronic acid is believed to be helpful in reducing facial wrinkles and improving skin texture. There is no doubt that today there are many cosmetic products made from snails. This is why I am so interested in targeting snails today because they have an advantage for people who like skin care.

Snail slime is an amazing exfoliant that removes dead skin cells and stimulates cell renewal. Its exfoliating properties are attributed to the natural collagen, elastin and glycolic acid found in it. It evens out your complexion and diminishes the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and scars. Source : guardian.ng

You don't consume snail meat? It's edible if well prepared to take care of the parasites. But really, is there any food or animal without parasites? 😏😃

Your pictures are cool and neat. Snails are gentle creatures and found around wet and cold places. Thanks for sharing. 😊😊

Thanks for stopping by. it is true that snails really like humid places because the temperature is not hot. I've never eaten meat. I've only ever seen cosmetic products made from snails. Have you ever eaten snail meat?.

Yes, I have eaten snail meat. We have farms that rear snails in my country for meat purposes and the business is a big one here. 😊

I was fascinated by these photos! There are people who are disgusted by snails and I don't understand why, I like to photograph them too, they are very tender. As for the benefits you say they have for the skin, it's true, I have met people who use snail slime creams. I particularly feel sorry for them so I don't use that kind of creams. Greetings, @anzirpasai 🙌. Merry christmas!!
