Potter Wasps & Skiff Moth / Avispas y Polillas

Recently, I have been more or less preoccupied with a number of things coupled with my not-so-good health condition, which has hampered my activities as a hobbyist for insect macrophotography content.

However, in between my busy schedule and my health condition is starting to improve, I do my best to take the time to hunt insects in the forest or in the thickets. And today I managed to take several photos of wasp and moth species in two different locations.

As for the wasp species that I mean is Pachodynerus. This genus of potter wasps belongs to the Vespidae family, with a dominant color characteristic of black accompanied by yellow on the tips of its wings.

Then there is a moth with the scientific name Prolimacodes badia, the skiff moth is from the Limacodidae family. While the color characteristics of this moth have a brownish yellow color with black painting lines on the tips of the wings.

No, I'm being very careful because I've had wasp bites in the past. :)
