Perfect to the start of the spring, I present meditation music which is well suited after sport. I have built various frequencies into the background of this session which can help to calm the body and mood in general and have a positive effect on the regeneration and stimulation of the muscles.
When listening to frequencies, you should always drink enough water! The frequencies can be listened with speakers as well as with earphones.
