I have created new meditation music and built five frequencies into the background which can help to become more creative. Another effect is the stimulation of the brain and it can generally improve mood if you are not feeling so well.
When listening to frequencies, you should always drink enough water! The frequencies can be listened with speakers as well as with earphones.
