Realice aislamiento bacteriano a una muestra de lodo teneria, Se tomo una cantidad de 10gramos del lodo en un erlemeyer 300ml con caldo nutriente para luego incubar en placas a 37grados durante 24-48horas. Al aislarse las colonias se procedio a transferirlas en placas empleado el metodo de rayado simple, se debio asegurarse el crecimiento de las colonias en las placas por tanto se repitio el proceso cuantas veces fuera posible. De efectuarse el inoculo se anoto las caracteristicas macros y micros de cada colonia!🧫🧪🔬

In my research period I dealt with water bottling companies, and water sold in the bag, the latter very common in Latin American countries, 90% of the waters processed in plastic water bottles were suitable for human consumption but incredibly my study revealed bacterial contaminating matter in 2 bottling companies this is due to the sea processed from recycled packaging! on the other hand, the bagged waters were 100% suitable for human consumption!🅾🅾⭕
En mi periodo de investigacion trate empresas embotelladoras de aguas, y agua vendida en bolsa esta ultima muy comun en paises latinoamericanos, 90% de las aguas procesadas en botellas de aguas plasticas eran aptas para el consumo humano pero increiblemente mi estudio revelo materia contaminante bactereologica en 2 empresas embotelladoras esto se debe al mar procesado de las envasos reciclados! en cambio las aguas de bolsas el 100% eran aptas para el consumo humano!💦✅☢⚠
